My Breakout Checklist - Paano ako mag trade ng Breakouts

Bago ang lahat, Ano nga ba ang Breakout sa Stocks?

A breakout is a stock price moving outside a defined support or resistance level with increased volume. A breakout trader enters a long position after the stock price breaks above resistance or enters a short position after the stock breaks below support. Once the stock trades beyond the price barrier, volatility tends to increase and prices usually trend in the breakout's direction. The reason breakouts are such an important trading strategy is because these setups are the starting point for future volatility increases, large price swings and, in many circumstances, major price trends.

Nangyayare ang isang breakout after ng isang mahabang price consolidation or sideways movement ng isang stocks kung saan mas marame ng buyers o interested sa stocks compare sa sellers na nagrereslult ng higher prices at high volumes. 

Kadalasan, may catalyst ang isang stocks gaya ng earning report, new product or ventures etc kung bakit nangyayare to pero since naka focus tayo sa technical analyst hindi naman natin need alamin kung ano un at mahalaga lang ay makasakay tayo bago pa to lumipad ng todo.

Marameng strategy sa pagtetrade ng breakout pero i shashare ko sainyo ung strategy ko at eexample ko mismo yung mga winning trades ko sa strategy ko.

So kung sa tingin nyo hindi pasok sa trading lifestyle nyo ang strategy na to, wag nyo ng ipilit. Gaya gaya lang din ako sa mga Lodi natin, pag sa tingin kong ok sakin ang strat nila ginagaya ko pero kung hindi naghahanap ako ng iba. 

1. Timeframe: Daily and Weekly (For confirmation and Plotting of Support and Resistance)
   Hindi ako tumitingin sa ibang time frame, Daily at Weekly lang. Daily Madalas at weekly para mag plot ng support at resistance area. Para sakin kase, mas nakikita ko yung significance levels or area sa higher time frames

   Diba? mas madaling makita yung mga significance levels sa Weekly time frame. Mas madali I plot ang support resistance. 
   
   
2. Consolidation
   As much as possible hindi volatile si stocks. mas ok kung tight consolidation at increasing volume.
   
   Ang ginagawa ko ay iniscreen ko lahat ng stocks na above 5 Million yung value at above MA20.
   Dun ko na i checheck kung may nabubuo bang consolidation ang isang stocks. Mas ok kung mas malapit sa resistance.
   
   If may makita ako, ilalagay ko na sya sa watchlist ko at everyday ko na sya ichecheck. Hindi mo need tutukan every hour. Naka daily time frame ka, so Once a day lang.
   
   If nagbreakdown sa box o sa support, Remove sa watchlist. If breakout, Proceed sa Step 3.
   
   
3. Volume Above Average and Bullish Candle
   Volume, Volume Volume! Pag walang volume, Hindi ako papasok sa trade.
   So Ibig sabihin, if isa sa kanila ay wala, Hindi ako bibili. Hindi ko masyado natutukan ang stock market kaya dapat medyo play safe tayo. 
   
   
   
   

   

   
   

   Sa unang Volume spike at breakout sa darvas box ay hindi ako nakabili, Pero Hindi ko sya inalis agad sa watchlist ko kase after few days napapansin kong may conso na naman nangyayayre. Either it will breakout or breakdown.
   
   
   
4. Candle closed above Darvas Box, Trend Line, Resistance
   Lastly, Dapat Bullish ang candle na nagclosed above darvas box, Resistance or trend line. Dito natin masasabe mas madame ng buyers sa sellers.

After a month, Ayun at nag breakout nga si APX. Bullish candle outside darvas box at volume spike. Pasok ba sa checklist ko? Naman, So Bumili ako ng APX. 

Next thing to do is look for the next resitance o significance level. If sa tingin mo humihina na ang momentum ni stock near the next resistance, benta mo na.

Pandemic Period to, So madameng ipit, madameng naka abang para ma breakeven yung hawak nila.

Binenta ko agad si APX after it hit the next resistance medyo mabilis yang yung run nya pero more than 30% gain for 15 days? Hindi na masama diba?

So guys Lage lang tandaan na ang mga sumusunod:

• I check lage yung next Resistance para ma protect yung profit mo.
• Matutung mag cutloss, If si stock ay bumalik sa Box or below resistance minsan nagbebenta na ko. Aabanangan ko na lang ulit if aakyat sya ulit at makakuha ako ng magandang position.
• Iwasan mga FOMO. Wag mo ng pasukin pag huli na ang lahat. Marame pang oppurtunity sa market, Di ka muubusan. 
• Wag Masyadong maging greedy, If sa tingin po tataas pa yan. Benta mo na. Ibig sabihin wala ka ng sinusunod na strategy at umaasa ka na lang sa mas malaking gain. 

Masyadong madame tayung ginamit na technical terms sa post na to. If hindi mo magets yung iba, paki google na lang. Pero susubukan ko magpost ng common technical terms soon.
