How to Buy Stocks Online using Philstocks One Screen

In my previous post, We talked about the basic of buying and selling of stocks. The one we called Buy at ASK, Sell at BID.

Now, pagusapan naman natin ang pagbili ng stocks online using Philstocks. Personally, I always recommend newbies to use or open an account sa Col Financial because of their research and their Easy Investment Program pero I like Philstocks more because of it's speed, convenient and mobile app.

Look at the image below, This is Philstocks One Screen Platform. ibig sabihin, you can execute orders sa isang screen lang, no new tab, no link to open. Very convenient diba?

Now, Yes it's a little bit complicated, pero like Isaid before when buying and selling stocks, Focus lang tayo sa Stock Symbol, ASK-BID Table at  at Boardlot.

Stock Symbol: Eto yung symbol ng Company na gusto mong bumili o magbenta ng stocks

ASK-BID table: Eto naman yung top 5 highest and lowest price ng stocks ng mga nag bebenta at willing bumili ng stocks.

Boardlot: Eto naman ung minimum number of shares na pwede mong bilin sa isang company.

When buying stocks online, Always look for the ASK Column and board lot.

sa ASK, you will see 3 columns. Yung PRICE, Volume, Number of Seller, 

Price is yung presyo na inoffer ng Seller sa stocks nila
Volume yung dame ng shares na binebenta at their specific price.
Number of Seller ay yung dame ng seller na nagbebenta ng shares sa isang company 

For example:

Sa BPI, there are 30 shares na pwede mo bilin worth 101.60 per share na offer ng isang seller, 2nd row ay may 8610 share worth 102.60 per share na binebenta ng 2 seller. 

Always buy the cheapest one available, So if you have decided at may enough funds kana click the BUY button on the Toolbar Section, 

Once clicked, lalabas tong Buy Tab, mabilis lang yan, no loading time. I love Philstocks talaga. You will see na ang market price nya ay P99.45 kaya mag auto fill ang Price sa current Price nya pero ang cheapest asking price na willing ibenta ay P100.00. You can set your price at P99.45 padin pero di agad ma execute ang order mo dahil wala itong mama-matched  pero once na may willing mag benta at 99.45, your order will be executed naman agad.

kung gusto mo naman mag matched agad ang order mo, You can choose the cheapest one at P100.00.

Above image is the cropped version of BUY Tab, Makikita mo na ang boardlot ng BPI ay 10 shares. lalabas yan pag tinapat mo yung mouse pointer on the "i" symbol sa tabe ng Shares.

CASH - You remaining balance to Buy stocks

SYMBOL - Yung Symbol ng Stocks na gusto mong bilin.

SHARES - Dame ng shares, on BPI, Minimum share is 10, so you can buy shares at 10, 20, 30 and so on.

PRICE- Price ng stocks na gusto mong bilin

FEES- Commission ng Broker mo when executing your orders, (Most Online Broker has the same amount of fees)

GRAND TOTAL - Total ng babayaran mo kasama ang fees.

LOT - Normal, always choose normal.

VALIDITY - Kung gano ka katagal willing bumili ng stocks at your chosen price, kung pinili mo yung cheapest one available sa ASK column, ma execute agad ang order mo pero kung mas mura sa pinakamura na available, You can choose kung gano katagal, pwedeng one day, one week, one month or one year. If walang ma matched, macacancel yung order at babalik lang yung pera sa account mo.

Now after you place your order, you can check its status sa ORDER button sa toolbar section.

That's it guys! You have successfully buy your stocks, Next step is wait for your target price para ibenta yung stocks and claim your profit or kung pang long term ka it will be up to you kung kailan mo sya bebenta.
